End User License Agreement (EULA) for Curvd
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “You”) and Curvd (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Curvd mobile application (“App”), you agree to adhere to the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Your continued use of the App after any modifications will signify your acknowledgment of the modified EULA and your agreement to abide by its terms.
2. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Users
Curvd maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Objectionable content includes, but is not limited to, material that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harmful, threatening, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate. Abusive behavior includes harassment, threats, bullying, and other actions that violate the rights or safety of others.
3. Filtering Objectionable Content
We have implemented methods for filtering objectionable content within the App. This includes automated filters and manual review processes to promptly detect and remove such content.
4. Reporting Objectionable Content
Users can flag objectionable content for review. If you encounter content that you believe violates our standards, you may flag it directly within the App using the reporting feature.
5. Blocking Abusive Users
Users can block other users who are abusive or engage in objectionable behavior. This can be done directly within the App using the blocking feature. Once blocked, the abusive user will no longer be able to contact or interact with you through the App.
6. Developer’s Response to Objectionable Content Reports
We are committed to responding to reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. Upon receiving a report, we will review the content and, if deemed objectionable, remove it from the App. Additionally, we will eject the user who provided the offending content from the App to prevent further violations.

8. Governing Law
This EULA and your use of the App will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of this EULA. All provisions of this EULA which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
10. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding your use of the App and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
By downloading, installing, or using the Curvd mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read this EULA, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
